Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the SPA WATCHES website, products, and related services. By visiting the website or placing an order with SPA WATCHES ("SPA WATCHES," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement, collectively referred to as the "Agreement."

SPA WATCHES sells physical merchandise through a product sourcing and fulfillment network. Depending on inventory and logistical requirements, orders may ship from within the United States or through an international fulfillment partner.

Electronic Transactions

By placing an order electronically, you agree that records, agreements, notices, and signatures may be provided and completed in electronic form. Your electronic actions may create a binding agreement in accordance with applicable U.S. electronic-signature laws, including the E-SIGN Act.

Order Review, Acceptance, and Cancellation

We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud or misuse, inaccurate pricing or product information, payment concerns, or insufficient inventory.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title to the merchandise and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the package is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Carrier delays, customs reviews, or border processing do not automatically create a right to a refund, although our client care team will assist in reviewing delayed shipments.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information and for following the policies applicable to their purchase. Intentional, repeated, or verifiable misuse of return or refund procedures may result in future service or orders being declined.

Governing Law

This Agreement is interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and remains subject to the Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement referenced above.
